If the crime you are reporting is occurring now, involves a weapon, is posing an immediate threat or someone is injured, DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM - Immediately Call 9-1-1.

Before submitting an online report, be aware that the incident that you are reporting must meet the following:

Only crimes that occur within the Lake City city limits can be filed through this website. If the incident occurred outside the City Limits of Lake City, please contact the Columbia County Communications Center at (386) 719-2005.
